Ingredients

- 1 large lemon
- 6–8 mint leaves
- Water
Instructions
- Cut lemon into small thin wedges, removing any seeds.
- Chop mint leaves down to really small strips.
- Add 2 to 3 wedges and a couple of mint strips per cube.
- Fill the tray with water and freeze until solid. Remove from tray and add to your drink of choice.
- Prep Time: 5 Minutes
